Our Estate Sale Services Include:

¨ Two-day conducted estate sale

¨ Three & four day sales conducted for larger estates.

¨ We organize & display household items for sale.

¨ We provide display tables with linens.

¨ We carefully research, inspect & evaluate each item in the estate for sale.

¨ We coordinate all advertising & promotion of the sale including newspaper ads, website posting with photos, and email notification to our customer list of regular sale attendees.

¨ News Paper advertising costs are paid by the client from sale proceeds at the completion of the sale. No cash upfront costs.

¨ We provide professionally made outdoor signage to lead customers directly to your sale.

¨ Our staff "works" the floor encouraging sales.

¨ We employ a number system & carefully limit the number of customers in the home at any given time.

¨ We can utilize a silent bid system to encourage the sale of higher priced or slow moving items.

¨ We provide bags & carefully wrap purchases to avoid breakage of sale items.

¨ Our reputation for honesty, integrity, flexibility, and creative problem solving is well known, as is our ability to work closely with other professionals you may retain such as senior referral agencies, attorneys, accountants, and real estate agents.
