    Michelle founded this company based on a genuine love of antiques and an interest in assisting people who were facing  life changes.   With  Reliability, Honesty and Integrity   Michelle has built this business from a small family business to one of the fastest growing estate sale companies in the Minneapolis St. Paul Metro area.    Dina joined Piccadilly in the fall of 2006. She has been involved within the estate sale industry for many years, with a long family history in the business.  Prior to joining Piccadilly, she worked in the Commercial Interiors industry for over 10 years as an Account Manager and Director of Marketing. 

   Dina received a BS in Retail Merchandising and Art History from the University of Minnesota. At Piccadilly, she is responsible for new business development and relationship management. Dina is passionate about helping clients deal with an often overwhelming process.

 Firearms Appraiser

   Mr. ‘Sota’ Smith, conducts firearm appraisals and assessments for Piccadilly Estate Sales LLC. He is also a Professional Certified Investigator. Sota is a Senior Investigator and Protective Services Agent currently serving in the Special Investigations Unit and is actively deployed as a primary agent serving on the Executive Protection Detail for a major locally based, fortune 500 company.  He is also a certified MN. DNR Fire Arms Instructor,  a former Field Editor for WaterFowler.com, and former Field Editor of the Pit Blind waterfowl site, Delta Water Fowl Association, Minnesota Waterfowl Association, and Minnesota Outdoor Heritage Alliance. 

   Sota uses specific rating standards in his evaluation and assessments of  firearms based on the nationally recognized standards of grading the condition of firearms established by NRA (National Rifle Association) which is universally used by dealers, assessors, and serious shooting sports enthusiasts.

  Sota is licensed to carry a concealed firearm and is available to provide sale site security when circumstances dictate the necessity.
